Bach Flower Remedies

Bach Original Flower Remedies are 38 essences derived from flowers and plants. Bach Flower Remedies are a natural, safe way of bringing you peace and balance. They work by helping you balance any negative emotions you might be experiencing.
Such emotions can include anxiety, worry, fear, uncertainty or a lack of confidence. The remedies can be taken as often as needed, and there is no chance of overdosing; if they are not needed they will not work. The remedies are not affected by taste or smell and can be taken in a hot or cold beverage of your choice.

Sometimes you can feel the positive effects of the essences almost instantly. This is most likely true in cases of temporary imbalance when the client discusses their feelings openly. In cases of long term difficulties, there may be a need to take essences for several months. We pay attention to the present situation first and then move on the deeper disharmony.

The Bach Flowers Remedies work in harmony with herbs, homeopathy and medications and are safe for everyone including children, pregnant and breastfeeding women, the elderly, and pets.

About Dr. Edward Bach

Dr. Edward Bach was born on September 24, 1986 in Moseley England. From 1906-1912 he studied medicine at the University College Hospital in London and trained to be a Doctor. By 1922 Dr. Bach worked in a general practice out of consulting rooms in Harley Street, having also studied bacteriology, immunology, and homeopathy during his career

Over time, he realised that people reacted differently to illness, so he wanted to treat the person as a whole rather than what they were suffering from. Dr. Bach became dissatisfied with orthodox medicine and was convinced there must be a system of healing based purely in nature. In the late 1920s he gave up his lucrative Harley Street Practice and spent many years searching for and developing his new system from non-poisonous plants and flowers.

He died in 1936, aged 50, knowing that he had completed his work by devising a simple form of healing covering all aspects of human nature’s moods. This system of medicine is now used all over the world.

Mount Vernon, is now the Bach Centre and his trustees still collect and prepare the pants for the mother tincture in the same way as Bach intended.
